Robert Lundy: President & Chief Executive Officer

Robert’s executive career spans large enterprises and early stage ventures both systems and software with a particular emphasis in wireless and optical communications.  He has been the founder and CEO of several early stage ventures, including Wavetrace, Xtera and Opthos.  His career also spans executive positions at IBM, ROLM, and Hewlett Packard.  Robert was the Director and General Manager of the first wireless business unit at IBM where he pioneered PCRadio and data over cellular.  Robert’s education includes a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and an MSEE and MBA from Stanford University.  He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.

Jeff Zindel: Vice President of Marketing

Jeff is an accomplished executive with over 17 years of experience building and growing technology companies and providing skillful global marketing leadership. He is responsible for strategic marketing, product management, and corporate marketing and communications. Prior to joining Glimmerglass, Jeff was the General Manager of Enterprise and Vice President of Global Business Development at Actelis Networks. Previously at 3Com Corporation, Jeff managed global strategic marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations. Earlier, Jeff served as Sr. Vice President at Website Pros (NASDAQ: WWWW), Vice President at Verio (acquired by NTT Communications), and a Senior Strategy Consultant for Gemini Consulting. Jeff holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.

Jim Donnelly: Vice President of Sales, North America East & EMEA

Jim has over 20 years of executive management experience at both large public companies and small private companies.  Jim has lead successful sales and service organizations selling telecommunications equipment and services to enterprises and carriers.  After beginning his sales career at IBM, Jim spent 17 years at AT&T in operations, product management and sales management, including Area Vice President Sales.  He was also Senior Vice President of Sales and Service at Centigram and held Vice President Sales positions at optical equipment manufactures Opthos and Redfern Broadband.  Jim has a BSEE from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jay Bowker: Vice President of Sales, APAC, Latin America & North America West

Jay is an international sales executive with more than 20 years of experience in the global telecommunications and networking industries. Jay has a demonstrated track record in selling leading edge solutions, and he has been instrumental in the success of several early and mid-stage companies.  Prior to joining Glimmerglass, Jay held senior executive sales positions with global responsibilities at Coastal Technologies, Overture Networks, and Centerpoint Broadband.  Earlier in his career, Jay held regional sales management roles with Alidian Networks, VINA Technologies and 3Com Corporation.  Jay got his start as a senior sales engineer at Cylink Corporation.

Chusak Siripocanont: Vice President of Engineering & Operations

A seasoned operations executive, Chusak Siripocanont has 27 years of experience managing operations for leading Silicon Valley complex systems companies. Prior to joining Glimmerglass, Chusak was Senior Vice President of Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality at Omnicell. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Operations at Opthos. Earlier he has held management positions at ADC Telecom, Centigram, E-mu Systems, Octel and Rolm/IBM. Chusak earned his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Khon Kaen University in Thailand, and M.S. and M.B.A from San Jose State University.
